"Ancient Cup"

In this workshop the focus was on using thumbing-technique to make a cup, while presenting and talking about ancient ceramics, especially Sumerian eye idols and Japanese rope patterned pottery, "Jomon doki".

The workshop invited students living at one of Sammens studenthousings, who stayed in Bergen over the winter holidays.

The workshop was part of a Joy Forum event, and the Joy Forum kitchen organized a lovely Christmas dinner.
